Okay seriously, this has to be the best vet around. They saved my dog and in the matter of seconds ! You really need to take your 4 legged baby here !
I recently took my dog to a vet down the street to see what we can do about her skin and allergies. Well result of taking her there she started bleeding internally. Due to a reaction that almost all dogs get from it. Typically when you start a dog on this medication you usually give them something to control their stomach. Well the vet I took her too didn’t. She had the runs, and was bleeding out of her rear. Not a little blood. We’re talking streams! When I asked this vet to see her 2 days after just paying to see her, he wanted to charge me to see her for something we could have prevented! Well anyways this review is about Animal Hospital Of Hallandale, not this other vet so let’s get back to it!

I called so late and so close to closing asking to see if they could possibly see her. They were packed! Busy busy busy! But oh man that didn’t stop Dr.Barbosa from wanting to help my pup! They said to bring her in and that they’ll squeeze her right in!
We get there, greeted very kindly by the ladies at the desk, get asked to fill out the typical patient form. Filled it out and I was asked if I needed anything from them urgently which was super thoughtful!
After waiting a few mins for my turn I was walked into the room and within 30 seconds Dr.Barbosa walks in. Greets me, and my pup. He asked me to explain what had happen and what’s going on. After explaining I showed him what she was prescribed from this other vet. He looked at it and couldn’t understand why this other vet sent her these meds. He told me Crystal clear instructions on what to do with her for the remaining of the day and what to expect and what to do the remaining of the week and following.
I couldn’t believe how quick he knew what to do and what to give her! That’s knowledge and Experience for you! Dr.Barbosa and his wife are seriously amazing and so kind.
